With over 2000 support vehicles following the cyclists throughout the 21 stages of the race, if a vehicle breaks down then it could have severe repercussions for the cycling teams. They require top quality technicians and diagnostic equipment at close hand, to either repair the vehicle on the roadside, or recover it to the nearest garage.
Bosch Car Service trucks follow the Tour ready to support in the event of a breakdown. They carry the Bosch KTS diagnostic machines and the technicians have been trained by Bosch to repair the latest automotive systems.
