A service reception position is a key role at Dorking Service Centre, liaising with customers thorough day-to-day work, taking bookings
We have a small service reception team that take on the role of customer liaison for day-to-day work. Working on all makes & models of cars and small/medium sized vans no one day is the same and we always have new task to achieve.
About Us
Based in South Street, Dorking – Dorking Service Centre is an independently owned, well-established, award-winning Bosch Car Service garage offering a range of garage services with a great local reputation. As multi-time winners and finalists of the Independent Garage of the Year (Motor Industry Awards) and Bosch quality approved, we take pride in delivering first class customer service.
Since opening in 2004 we’ve seen over 25,000 vehicles through our workshop, carried out over 65,000 MOT tests and served well in excess of 13,000 customers. And we know that the vast majority of our customers return to us!
We offer an all-encompassing vehicle MOT, Service/Maintenance & Diagnostic service. We have access to main dealer specific tools, information and diagnostics which enables us to offer our customers a main dealer level service at an affordable price.
