Five star review definitely earned yesterday. Dorking Service Centre took the car in for an MOT and oil service. I was late delivering the car as I nearly forgot the appointment.

Despite that everything was no problem. The car failed its MOT due to requiring a new tyre. Due to My lateness, this was only discovered later in the day leaving very little time to resolve the failure. I desperately needed the car in the morning to attend a funeral (in San Diego) and Dorking Service Centre somehow managed to pull a rabbit out the hat finding a tyre and getting it delivered and fitted the same day.

Definitely saved me this time. The icing on the cake was getting into a freshly cleaned and vacuumed car, which took care of another task I had planned for myself.

Extremely impressed by this little family run garage, many miles away from home for us.
We both work for Audi in Aftersales, naturally extremely cautious of the world of the motor trade outside of what we know l, but stumbled across a unicorn of a car that ticked all the right boxes. Yes she’s nearly 9 years old, but has full Audi dealer history, ridiculously low but genuine mileage with all the bells and whistles. I cannot recommend Sid and James enough for how personable and understanding they both were, the set up and professionalism is admirable. Keep doing what you are doing, Thank you again!

Car was surrounded by other vehicles and about 7-8 mechanics got involved getting my car out, in the mean time they quickly valeted my car. Service was reasonably priced and easy to get to for me

You kindly accepted my vehicle, which had to be "recovered" by the AA from the top of Box Hill... I was so thankful that Jason, James & Brendan all immediately offered instant help despite the many other calls upon your teams valuable time. Sincere thank to all for "stepping up" and helping to rebuild my confidence, not only in my car, but also confirming Dorking Service Centre's, well deserved, reputation.

Great service and friendly team!

Called into DSC today with a dashboard coolant warning. Checked out, dealt with and sent on my way with good advice within 10 minutes - so thank you for helping me out. I’m not local and so this isn’t my usual garage but based on today’s service I would definitely recommend.

After a poor experience Vauxhall DSC tried to help us out - they soon realised only Vauxhall could access the fault for emissions. So directed us back there. Their service was great and have used them for service and MOT in the past and will in the future as feel a valued customer.

I've just had my car repaired by Dorking Service Centre and want to say how impressed I am by their professionalism, helpfulness, and speed.
